Does Lemon Water help you lose weight? 🤔 #Shorts

I wish life could be so easy 🙈 One can have a heavy meal late night & lose all calories by drinking lemon water in the morning 🤩⁣

In reality, our bodies are super complex structures & to lose weight we need to work on multiple dimensions
❌Lemon water, raisin water, soaked almonds, honey water, Apple cider vinegar, Baba ka churan, Dadi ka prasad might slightly support you, 2-5% in your health journey by altering some parameters of your digestive tract. But if you are not following below 5 points, soon these hacks will be ineffective

✅Calorie Deficit – Nothing can nullify the basic law of thermodynamics. You need to exercise (all forms – cardio, strength training, yoga, et al) to burn calories & limit your food intake⁣

✅Improve digestion – Many people cannot absorb nutrition in their Gut even after eating healthier meals. Most of the times, this is because of body inflammations or if the body is intolerant to some food items or their gut microbiota is hugely damaged due to long exposure to processed food/preservatives⁣

✅Sleep – This is the time when your body repairs itself, you produce Human Growth Hormone & build muscles. 8 hours is recommended daily, don’t compromise on it. If you have the facility for taking a power nap in the afternoon for 10-15mins, do it. It will have you stay productive in second half of the day⁣

✅Stress – Is an underrated devil. Stress hormone cortisol can elevate your blood sugar level by depleting the protein in your body. You must be knowing someone around you, who never had much sweets but got diabetes. Stress is the answer.⁣

✅Hydration – Transparent urine is a good indicator of whether you are hydrated well or not⁣

✅Make sure to share with your friends/family who think lemon water will help them lose all their extra weight🙈⁣
